财联社7月26日讯（编辑 周子意） 周六（7月25日），英伟达CEO黄仁勋与特斯拉CEO马斯克在同一天不约而同就为中国的人工智能（AI）大模型发声。黄仁勋称中国注定产出卓越人工智能技术，应继续向其学习与合作；马斯克则直言中国极有可能成为人工智能领导者，美国就算禁用中国模型也挡不住。

周六，黄仁勋在接受采访中谈及目前的人工智能争态势，他表示，杰出的人才总会找到出色的答案，而中国注定会产出卓越的人工智能技术，应当继续向他们学习、与他们合作。

黄仁勋表示，中美两国都拥有出色的人工智能研究人员，无论条件如何、资源如何，杰出的人才总会找到优秀的答案。他预期中国和美国都会继续推进人工智能跟着你发展，哪怕条件和所受约束不同，那些了不起的研究人员总会找到答案。

黄仁勋声称，中国每年培养的人工智能人才数量，可能已经超过了世界上所有国家加起来的总数。打造人工智能最重要的部分在于人才本身，所以中国注定能产出卓越的人工智能技术。我们应该继续向他们学习，要知道在硅谷，来自中国的 AI 研究者数量其实相当可观，他们能留在这里我也感到很兴奋。

此外，黄仁勋还谈及了中国的大模型，他称优秀的开源大模型应该得到使用，上一次市场误解了DeepSeek的影响，这次又误解了Kimi的影响。他认为DeepSeek、Kimi这样优秀的大模型对整个行业大有裨益，技术将扩散到更多行业。

Sunday, July 25, Musk, during an interview with The Economist, stated that at some point in the future China will very likely become the leader in artificial intelligence, no matter what the United States does, including banning Chinese models, it will not be able to stop it.

马斯克特别提及了月之暗面最近刚刚发布的Kimi K3模型对中国人工智能大模型的最新进展，并对其印象深刻。

Musk clearly opposed the claims by some officials within the US government that American companies should refrain from using Chinese AI models. He maintained that such limitations would be unable to slow down the development speed of Chinese AI.

Musk also believes that China holds a decisive advantage in the artificial intelligence competition, with the capability of power supply serving as a key factor. According to his estimate, China's power generation volume is expected to reach three times that of the United States in 2026, which would be sufficient to support the operation of power-hungry artificial intelligence data centers. He simultaneously predicts that China will ultimately overcome the advanced chip shortage caused by United States export controls by developing its own lithography machines independently. Musk states that China is closer to solving the advanced lithography technology problem than most people realize.

马斯克在访谈中还重申，AI整体智能水平可能会在五年内超过人类全部智能总和，同时他认为AI最有可能带来全民富足时代。

马斯克认为，未来十年内，当机器人进入工作场景之后，它可能会推动社会进入“极大丰富”的阶段，从而使货币的重要性下降。他表示，人工智能系统和机器人最终可能承担大量数字以及实体工作，使得人类的劳动变成可选择的。
